Book and confirm your visit
Visits are by appointment at our Burnaby studios. Book online through Curve or call 604-353-6645. Confirm the studio, service, date and time in the booking process. Selecting a location on this website alone does not reserve a visit.
A general enquiry sent through the contact form is not an appointment confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment if you need to cancel.
A $100 CAD fee applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment and to missed appointments (no-shows).
To cancel or request a change, call 604-353-6645 or email hello@simplysmilestudio.ca. Please include your name and appointment date and time.
Fees and coverage
Please confirm fees and any offer when arranging your appointment. Bring the details needed for your dental plan, if applicable. Coverage and reimbursement vary; some plans require you to pay first. Any balance outside your coverage remains payable by you.
